| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking subcontractors and suppliers for the Donegal Primary School Renovation project. The work consists of renovations to the existing school including the district administration offices and a few rooms throughout the school. Please refer to all project documents for you entire scope of work.
Additional Bid Info:
- Bids are due to the owner on 2/4 at 2pm. Please submit bids to eci no later than end of day on 2/3.
- A prebid conference is scheduled on 1/19 at 9:30 am.
- There are 3 phases
- Phase 1 - Administration & Procurement (no onsite construction) 3/10 - 3/31
- Phase 2 - Admistration office renovation - 4/1 - 6/16
- Phase 3 - Remainder of work - 6/17 - 7/31
- Final completion on 8/7
- 3 GC unit prices - See section 012200 Unit Prices for scope of work
- 5 GC alternates - See section 012300 Alternates for scope of work
- Multi prime GC, PC, MC & EC
- Prevailing wages apply, please bid accordingly
- Substitutions will not be considered during the bid period. Please only bid what is specified. If you cannot provide a specified product we ask you to not bid the projerct.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
